EXERCISE 1:
HAMMER STRENGTH PRESS
5 SETS X 8 REPS

EXERCISE 2:
INCLINE BARBELL PRESS
4 SETS X 6 REPS

EXERCISE 3:
DECLINE SMITH MACHINE PRESS
3 SETS X 25, 15, 8+8+8 REPS

EXERICSE 4:
DUMBBELL PRESS + STATIC HOLD
3 SETS X 8 REPS + 10 SEC HOLD

*pyramid up in weight, working up to 1 “top set” that is taken close to failure
